  • Our service providers (WordPress, Buildium for managing your resident/ applicant accounts, vendors) who may carry out work on behalf of Sanpra

  • To landlords/homeowners if Sanpra is managing the property on their behalf and the landlord/homeowner specifically requests for it 

We may disclose information about you if required by law or legal process. 

 

PROTECTING AND RETAINING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We store your Personal Information on secured servers. We take various security measures to protect your Personal Information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration. Sanpra takes steps to protect our users’ personal information. We limit access to personal information to individuals who we reasonably believe need to access the information to utilize the information as set out in this Privacy Policy, like our staff members.
